Property information

The house is located in the town centre on a hill, next to a small wood, with a view to the olive groves and the city which can be seen in the distance. It is ideal for a family as it is only 8 km (5 miles) from the beach of Artemidas. The airport is a 10 minutes drive and the Rafina harbor is 15 minutes by car. From there you can take the boat to the Cyclades islands of Andros, Naxos, Paros, Mykonos, Santorini as well as the island of Crete. You will also find fresh sea food in the fish restaurants that are located along the street of Artemida town. The Attiko National Park is 2 kilometres away and you can visit with the family to see a variety of birds and animals. The discount shopping village McArthur Glenn, is also 2 km away, offering great bargains, restaurants and coffee shops. The building is full of the Attica light. It is located in the highest part of the town of Spata yet it is only 150 metres from the town centre, near the supermarket, bakeries, shops, coffee shops and pharmacies. The sea is a ten minute drive where you can swim, enjoy your lunch or coffee in the numerous taverns, restaurants and coffee shops that are on the sea front.
