The Friends and Family House is a majestic and breathtaking property located in Petalidi facing Kalamata and Mani. The property is sea-oriented and is only 20 metres from the beach. It has its own security gate with 3 private parking spots and a second direct security entrance to the property.
The property consists of a two story building, each floor of which is an independent residence.
The down-floor residence consists of a sew-view living room, an open-plan kitchen, 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom for three people, 1 bedroom with direct access to the swimming pool and the garden also for two people, a fully-equipped spacious bathroom and balconies. There is also a sofa bed for one more person in the living room.
The second-floor residence consists of a sea-view living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom for two people, 1 bedroom with view to the swimming pool and the garden also for two people, a fully-equipped spacious bathroom and balconies. A sofa bed for two person is also available in the living room. An exterior concrete side stair gives access to the second floor residence.
