Το διαμέρσμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία με μαγευτική και απεριόριστη θέα στον κόλπο του Οιτύλου και στο καταπράσινο φαράγγι Μυλολάγκαβο με το κάστρο της Κελεφά.
Η παραλία στο Νέο Οίτυλο είναι ιδανική για μπάνιο, αλλά και για γευστικές εξερευνήσεις στα παραλιακά ταβερνάκια που βρίσκονται στην ακροθαλασσιά η οποία απέχει από το Οίτυλο μόλις 4χλμ.
Κατά την άφιξή σας στο χωριό, στην κεντρική πλατεία, υπάρχει πινακίδα με το όνομα του καταλύματος (Frygano Apartments) που θα σας καθοδηγήσει.
Επειδή το Οίτυλο είναι παραδοσιακός οικισμός και υπάρχουν πολλά και λιθόστρωτα και στενά σοκάκια, δεν μπορείτε να πάτε παντού με το αυτοκίνητο.
Από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού το κατάλυμά μας απέχει περίπου 3-4 λεπτά με τα πόδια.
