The villa is located near a beautiful village, Sozopoli, at Halkidiki, at a distance of 500 meters from the sea and between two organized beaches awarded with the Blue Flag, Vergia (2 km) and Nautilus (Sozopoli) (3 km). It has nice views of the sea and the garden. The distance from the beautiful city of Thessaloniki is 41 km (half an hour by car) and 37 km from the airport (25 minutes by car). It is built in an estate of 7 acres of olive trees. You will have access to the entire space and will be alone in calmness and peace.

Sozopoli is a picturesque village by the sea where you can find nice beaches, a beach bar, taverns and coffee bars. Nearby (2 km) is Vergia, where you can also swim in deep blue water and relax in the well-organized beach bars. Both Sozopoli and Vergia have super market, fish and meat market, bakeries, eateries etc. Villa is also located between two towns, Nea Kallikrateia (8 km) and Nea Moudania (16km), with a lively nightlife, excellent restaurants and many shops. Halkidiki is described as a paradise, with her beautiful and unique beaches, nice eateries and wineries. The location of Villa could be your ideal base for discovering one by one, all 104 !!! , awarded by Blue Flag (2024), Halkidiki beaches!!!
