The GARDEN HOUSE is a detached house with a garden with sea view located just a couple of minutes from the sea on the south coast of Heraklion Crete, in Kalamaki. The views and tranquility of its location are perfect for your summer getaways. Matala, Kommos, the archaeological site of Phaistos and Agia Triada are only a few kilometers away. The Garden House stands out for the trees and flowers of its garden. With his 85 sq.m the house is big enough to accommodate easily families or friends. It consists of an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with kitchenware and essentials, bathroom and three bedrooms. There is a fenced yard of 500 sqm around the house. In the courtyard guests have the opportunity to enjoy the garden with comfortable outdoor furniture, as well at the front as at the back side of the house, the ideal place to enjoy the panoramic sea views !

The Garden House is located just 80 meters from the entrance to the Kalamaki village. It is 200m from the main square, 80m from the beach and 100m from the bus stop. The beach road with several restaurants, café, bars are on walking distance. Kalamaki is located 67km southwest of Heraklion, 8km south of Tympaki, 15km from Mires and about 12km from Matala. The city bus stop is 80 meters away. There are 4 daily trips from Kalamaki to Matala and vice versa in summer season. !
