Υπέροχη άπλετη θέα στον όρμο της Ψαθάς,πολύ καλή κατασκευή της οικιασ,υπέροχη παραλία σε απόσταση 500 μέτρων από το σπίτι,πεντακάθαρη θάλασσα και υπέροχη θέα σε βουνό με πευκοδασος,πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο Λουτρακι όπου υπάρχει spa με ιαματικό νερό.Επισης εύκολη πρόσβαση στη λίμνη Ηραίο,στο ιερό της θεάς Ήρας και στα Βιλλια που είναι παραδοσιακό ελληνικό χωριό με υπέροχες ταβέρνες.Το σπίτι έχει κήπο μεγάλο για τα παιδιά και πολλούς χώρους parking
