Relax in this calm and elegant space. Ideal space for 2 people with the necessary amenities. Just 2 kilometers away from the city center. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood with free and comfortable parking around!
My name is Chrysovalantis and I live in the beautiful city of Ioannina. As a travel enthusiast, the best value when renting my accommodation is to give various information to people (eg nearby excursions, attractions in the surrounding area, etc.) to have a nice stay experience. My favorite activities are music, fitness and any kind of self improvement! My aim is to provide a decent accommodation with the necessary facilities at the right price so that the traveler can have an easy and at the same time beautiful stay!
The accommodation is in the area of ​​Seismoplykta. The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is quiet! It has nearby supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies and shops with delicious food. It is only 2.2 kilometers from the center of Ioannina and is suitable for day trips to excellent destinations!
