IN 2022 FULL RENOVATION OF THE SUPERIOR APARTMENT (apartment Medussa) - NEW KITCHEN, BATHROOM, BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA FURNITURE AND PRIVATE JACUZZI ON THE BALCONY (only for apartment Medussa).
Semipuella apartments are located in the village of Agios Nikitas, walking distance from the beach and the local shops. They are newly renovated, fully equipped apartments accommodating 2 - 5 persons. In total there are three apartments from which the larger apartment is situated on the first floor and two smaller apartments on the ground floor. In each apartment there is one bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobes, bathroom (in both ground floor apartments shower with a hydro massage) and open plan, fully equipped kitchen with a full size cooker and fridge. The sitting/dining area has got a sofa which converts easily into a bed and flat screen TV. WiFi free of charge is also provided. The apartment situated on the first floor has got a spacious balcony with outside table and chairs overlooking the pool area. The downstairs apartments have got a direct access via french doors to the pool area. Garden furniture and sunbeds are also provided. Free and safe private parking on site.
