Additionally, the villa is conveniently only 21.5 kilometers away from the enchanting and picturesque Old Town of Rethymno. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is located close to Mathes, a small village 2,8 km from Georgioupoli and just 1,6 km from Lake Kournas. Whether lounging on the terrace, hiking in the surrounding area, or enjoying the pedalos on Kournas lake, guests can indulge in a wide range of outdoor activities that are sure to leave them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and spend some quality time with their loved ones while surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Georgioupoli waterfront village is the closest living area (2,8 Km) and it offers all kind of shops, sandy beaches and a picturesque small church. Furthermore, Kavros (4,6 km away) is also well organised and has all necessary amenities such as shops, mini markets, pharmacies, tavernas, restaurants and bars. The area is also an ideal location to stay since it is located in the middle of Crete which making it easy to visit most of the sights of the island. Lake Kournas is the largest natural, freshwater lake in Crete and is located in an enchanting landscape, between the west slopes of the White Mountains and the fertile plane of Georgioupolis.
