Ground beach studio is a small and modern air conditioned studio with a large garden with flowers, trees, barbecue and access to the beach. Our beach is in front of the yard, only 50 meters, and the sea is clean and suitable for children. I offer umbrella and beach chairs so you can enjoy the sun and the sea. You can sit in the yard and enjoy every time of the day, especially the sunset. The table near the grass is the best place for enjoying the meals, drinking cocktails, reading or just making dreams! The beach studio is perfect for couples and friends who want relaxing vacations by the sea and mostly for children who can enjoy safely the garden. We are pet friendly so you can bring your friend with you. In the garden there are 2 family dogs, both boys and very friendly, one Maltese and one Greek shepherd. Don't worry, there is a fence and mostly they are really friendly and cute!
My name is Maria and I believe that happiness is a matter of attitude! I like the flowers, the sea and the sun and I feel lucky I have such a beautiful house suitable for relaxing and having fun with family and friends. I also like to meet new people and I m looking forward to meet and host you in my house.
Ground beach studio is located between Moudania and Potidaia and only few minutes away from the interchange for Sithonia, the second peninsula. The distance from the airport is 58 Km and in 3 km there is a health center (just in case!). In the area there are many hotels (with pools, water games and bars) as well many super markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants.
