Independent house located in the heart of Velvento. The entire space is approximately 50sqm and was very recently fully renovated.
Welcome to my profile :) My name is Yannis and I am from Greece. I usually share my time between Velvento (my hometown) and Thessaloniki and when possible I like to spend long weekends with friends and/or my partner abroad. In any case, from time to time my apartments in either place might be available for guests so I leave my calendar fully open. Since I personally use both homes for myself, there will be some personal belongings left behind but you will certainly have your own space so nothing to worry about. I have also spent a substantial amount of time to decorate and bring both of them to their current state, so I would expect guest to show respect and treat them like theirs. Me or a family member will always be reachable by phone or physically.
This house is located on the very center of the town. From there everything is reachable on foot. In from of the property there is a private parking spot.
