Be amazed by this hidden gem, located centrally yet though it offers pure serenity. Walking distance from Stavros Niarchos Foundation and only 5-10 minutes drive from the historic center of Athens as well as the famous Athenian Riviera. This spacious open plan fully equiped ground floor flat with the pivate secret patio will be your ideal city retreat, surrounded by all neighborhood shopping needed, seconds away from communal transport towards all directions.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is quiet but central at the same time. Minutes away (by car) from the historic center of Athens and the Athenian Riviera. The Stavros Niarchos Foundation complex is no more than a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment. There are 4-5 major Supermarkets near the unit, with the closest one being literally 60-70 meters away from the apartment. As you walk out of the main entrance you head to your right and you will be at its front entrance within 2 minutes .The neighbourhood is full of pharmacies and convenience stores as well as local bakeries. In addition every monday in Sokratous Street (about 100 meters away) there is a farmers market where you can find fresh local products at competitive prices.
