The authentic experience of an unspoiled rural space.This 1900 converted barn is located in Potamos, a historical village of the XII century. It is hidden in a peaceful 2 acres farm, overlooks the main square, the church and the town hall of the village. Its structure is made entirely of stone with exposed beams on the ceiling.Inside, a glass wall can be fully opened to nature to welcome the outside in. Near yet far from the hustle bustle it is only 5 minutes from village center & 7 km from sea.

I'm an Architect and also a sculptor. I live in the city of Athens, where I work as free lancer. Once you arrive you arrive at the village, my collaborate will guide you to the property and show you around.

Near yet far from the hustle bustle it is set in the rural area of the village only 5 minutes walking distance from its center and 7 km from the sea. This 1900 converted structure, hidden in a peaceful 2 acres farm, overlooks the main square, the church and the town hall of the village. The village has a parking area 5 minutes walking distance from the property. You approach the property by foot through an 80m unpaved passage with stone steps.
