In the1srt floor is the 70m2 appartment, with the 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, and the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a WIFI connection, 2 air conditioning units, satellite tv, solar water heater, washing mashine. You can also relax in the 3 verandas and take a short shower in the garden after swimming in the sea. The visitors have their private entrance in the property, a private covered parking place for their car and they can relax in a natural and clean environment. The owner lives in the ground floor, for everything you need he is there. The changing of the linen realizes depending on the days of staying of the guests. Usually we change them every 10 days, except special cases.
