This elegant property, with a size of 133m2 , is an epitome of a luxury. The living room has a big whitewashed sofa with additional sitting area and a wooden coffee table with designer’s chairs. It adjoins the open kitchen area that is fully equipped with SMEG appliances and has a dining table for enjoying your meals. A few steps up and you can find one of the 3 ensuite bedrooms which has a king size double bed, A/C , a spacious wardrobe and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area. While a few steps down, there is a second bedroom with a queen size bed with a wordrobe, A/C and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area. Across the patio, there is a bangalow where you can find the master bedroom with a king size double bed,A/C, wardrobe and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area. All rooms have signature toiletries from AESOP , egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes and pool towels. Exterior The spacious outdoor has on its premises an infinity pool(28m2) with a view to the Aegean sea and Kardiani village accompanied with sunbed cushions. One part of the outdoors is served as a lounge area with pergola and an outdoor dining area.

This villa has an incredible location on the top of the hill in the area of Kardiani. Kardiani is one the 40 picturesque villages of Tinos, that preserved the traditional architectural style characterized by its whitewashed & stone-built houses. The village is a perfect place for those who seek peace of mind, but also want everything within a reach. Only a few minutes away, discover the traditional restaurants where you can try the rich cuisine of the island and shop at the numerous souvenir shops of the village. If you decide to visit the nearby beaches, Ormos Yannaki, which is located only 10 minutes away by car from House G, is a beautiful option for your carefree days in Tinos.
