Apartment on the first floor, inside a four-acres farm-field surrounded by olives and fruit trees. It has a magnificent balcony view. It is in a magical location, surrounded by trees, an ideal place for vacations or to enjoy your weekend in nature. It is 500 m away from Agria. The latter is full of cafes and restaurants. It is also 1500 m away from the beach Soutrali which is ideal for swimming. It is 7 kilometers away from Volos – the capital city of the prefecture of Magnesia. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom, a kitchen which is equipped with all electrical appliances and kitchenware (oven, coffee maker..). . It has access to free wifi in all rooms and a smart TV with internet access.
Our strongest point is how shiny clean we are! Now , we take extra care for the health and safety of our visitors. The apartment remains empty before and after every visit for ventilation and disinfection purposes. All towels and bed linens are washed in very high temperatures.
50m away from the house there is a football field where you can play and run. The mountain is ideal for hiking or mountaineering. The Village “Portaria” is 14 kilometers away. The nearest airport is Nea Anchialos National Airport, 30km away.
