Το διαμέρισμα είναι ολοκαίνουργιο,με όλες τις ανέσεις.
Η θεα και η ησυχία που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα απλά ΔΕΝ υπάρχει! Σε πλαγιά περίπου στα 500μ,χωρίς διελεύσεις από γείτονες,ΙΧ κ.α. Οι παραλίες είναι μόλις στο 1,5 χλμ και σε ακτίνα 2χλμ υπάρχουν τα πάντα, σούπερ μάρκετ,φούρνος,ταβέρνες,θαλάσσια σπορ κ.α. Υπάρχει συγκοινωνία από και προς την χώρα αρκετές φορές! Η απόσταση από την χώρα είναι στα 15χλμ περίπου!
