The owner's Georgia &Valadis welcome you to our renovated since 2024 studios and we promise you a pleasant and relaxing stay! We are experienced hosts and we care a lot about our customers! As we also stay at the same facilities, we are immediately available for your needs and questions 24h per day. We offer three well-appointed studios about 35m2 and one apartment about 55m2 with free parking at our private parking area. All of them have fully equiped kitchen, air condition,flat screen TV,wifi, bathroom with spacious shower and large balconies. We are located in a very convenient location as we are about 80m from Kardamena's bus station, taxi station and the biggest super market. Kardamena's coastal road and barstreet is about 200m far away. Kos airport at 7klm and Kos town about 30klm.

Property information

This is a first floor 35m2 studio with double bed, kitchen, and bathroom. It is very quiet due to its location. This studio also has a balcony about 10m2 with garden view. It is located in the center of Kardamaina village, in Kos island and specified above the car rental “ILIAS RENT A CAR”. At the 30m there is a bus stop and in about 80m there is a taxi station. Moreover, Kardamaina’s coastal road is about 200m far away.

"Ilia's nest" is the perfect location for everyone to stay, as supermarkets, cafe's, restaurant's, Kardamaina's bar-street and everything you need are very close by foot! The apartment is about 30 meters away from the bus stop and 80 meters away from the taxi station. It is also about 200 meters away from the coastal road only!
