Property information

Ilias Villa is situated in Perivolia, just 3km away from the city centre of Chania. From the upper floor large terrace with sun beds and parasol, it has unobstructed views to the sea and the mountains 360°. From the low floor balcony which is also equipped with sofa, table and chairs, you can see the sea and the mountains plus olive groves and orange groves. Perivolia took its name because of the many fruit gardens in the area.

The nearest beach is less than 4 min away (3.8km). In 5 min you reach the Motorway leading to all famous attractions of the island. Indicative is that Balos is 50km, Falassarna 49km, Elafonissi 76km and Samaria gorge 45km away. The well-known resorts of Platanias and Agia Marina with vatious cafes, beach bars, night clubs and restaurants are 10-15 min away, pending on the traffic.The beautiful Therisso gorge is 10min drive. Marathi and Stavros beaches and the monasteries of Agia Triada and Gouverneto in Akrotiri peninsula are 20-25min drive.Airport is 20km and port 10 km away.
