Very cozy apartment, with beautiful yard, independence entrance, just 70 meters from the beach! Very handy neighborhood with all kinds of shops!
My uncle Kostas owns this apartment and he we will welcome the guests in person most of the times, giving them useful information for the house and the village. Having worked as a captain at cruise and passenger vessels, my uncle has great experience in hospitality. When he is not available, his friend Jason will welcome the guests.
The beach is just 70 meters from the house. The neighborhood has all kinds of shops (supermarket, pharmacy, café, taverns, car rental, tourist office, nail & spa center) as well as a doctor office. The house is just a few minutes walk to the bus stop for Heraklion and Rethymno. Also, just 30 meters from the house there is a stop of the little "train" which gives access to all the village. The neighborhood has everything to offer (beach, shops), all within 3 minutes of walk from the studio. If you want to go to other neighborhoods of the village to visit other beaches or shops, you can do that either on foot (15-25 minutes) or take the little "train".
