Ioannina Amazing Deluxe Apartment is a brand new apartment with excellent layout,elegance and style ,in a suburb of Ioannina ,ideal for relaxation and tranquility. It has a modern ,fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals consisting of:fridge,large oven,microwave, cooking utensils,toaster,,kettle and all the equipment for preparing coffee,such as coffee maker and espresso machine,because we believe that a beautiful start,begins with the enjoyment of a coffee and a restful sleep.The mattress of double bed is anatomical 7 zones and the bed linen is of excellent quality and is all cotton-satin by Kentia.Kentia towels and slippers are also provided.There is a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer,dermatologically tested bathroom products,24- hour hot water and washing machine. There is a 50 inch qled television ,as well as a internet.The screened door ,the energy triplex windows and all the insulation ,in the philosophy that the whole villa is built,enhance the sense of luxury and privacy.There is a private courtyard and ample parking space,outside the property. Ioannina Amazing Deluxe Apartmentis located very close to the University of Ioannina,the center of Olympion Ioannina and the University Hospital of Ioannina,only 1km away and only 10 minutes from the city center. It is also located in a central point near the entrances of Egnatia and Ionian Road and the regional road ,giving the possibility of direct access to Zagorochoria,Metsovo,Tzoumerka and the Ionian coast.
