A comfortable, bright house with nice view suitable for families and couples.Costas and Mama Helen love to cook nice comfort food and often share it with the guests! Near Ioannis House are some of the most famous restaurants and taverns of Kefalonia like Andromeda ,Olive Lounge,La Mer,Spyros Tavern and others!Three of the best beaches of the island Lourdas,Trapezaki and the alternative and exotic Kanali beach are only 5-10 minutes away!The view is breathtaking and the hosts so friendly!
My name is Costas, the owner of the property. I am a progressive thinker and respect each person’s space & values. I have a great sense of humour. My hobbies include cooking, reading, music, travelling.I have higher studies in tourism and hospitality. I am proud of my family and my three young children.
There are traditional and luxury eating places, car hire, mini bank, supermarkets and a cocktail bar and a friendly british bar. This is all walkable, however if you want to go to the beach, it's about a km walk down a steep hill side. During summertime there is a bus running down to the beach and back a number of times a day.The house is located between the village of Vlachata and Lourdata in Kefalonia, less than 1 km from the famous beach of Lourda, near the foothills of Mountain Aenos. It is a fully equipped house for 7 people. The apartment offers an amazing panoramic view of the bay from the hill on which it is situated.Ioannis House Sea View is a perfect place to spend a family vacation. Starting from a great view, an ideal location near beautiful beaches and many gourmet restaurants and of the end great hospitality of the host.
