Iris Sea View Villa is located 40m above sea level only 5min walk from the nearest beach. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a back yard , 2 bedrooms with shared balcony, 1 bathroom, a living room - dining room with a sofa-bed, a private sunbathing deck and a private outdoor WC. It has a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a dining table and impeccable sea view. It is perfect for families and groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday together. The property is also equipped with a 1 ton water tank so as to be able to have unobstructed water supply even during a general water outage.
Will be available to offer help 24/7 throughout the guest’s stay since I live in the house below. I can keep in touch by phone or Viber. I can offer massage service and hiking guide services in Pelion mountain upon request! May require and must be given access for a few minutes during the day to the shared utility space in the terrace, in liaison with the visitor.
The villa is located in the south side of the village in a quiet sea view neighborhood, adjacent to an olive tree forest and surrounded by birds & cicadas during the day and crickets during the night. The neighborhood is a 5min walk to the nearest beach and a 3min walk to the village center.
