Iris villa is the new hospitality jewel of Kea, beautifully located on the hillside above the Lygia beach, one of the most idyllic beaches in the cosmopolitan area of Koundouros. The villa has been designed with the traditional architecture of Kea and features all the services and amenities of a 5 stars deluxe hotel. It offers luxurious self-catering suites and studios, all with private patios, uninterrupted views of the Aegean and free Wi-Fi. It also has an infinity swimming pool with jacuzzi and a pool energy bar offering daily breakfast with fresh homemade products and snacks during the day. Each unit has its own personal style and design inspired by the wild beauty, charm and simple luxury of the traditional houses of Kea. They include a sitting area with SMART TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, oven and fridge, safe box, hair dryer, and Bluetooth radio, The bathrooms have a blue ambiance light shower and free toiletries APIVITA. Within a distance from 1 to 3 km you will find organized beaches with umbrellas, sunbeds, beach bar and restaurant as well as mini market.

Lygia is one of the many little bays in Koundouros area with beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. The well known cosmopolitan area of Koundouros, southwest of the island, is the absolute destination for those seeking to reconnect with the nature and rejuvenate themselves in a serene and quite environment. Being the most protected area from the Aegean winds, is inviting visitors who need to relax, unwind and refresh their senses. The villa is set above the beach so if you get bored in the pool you can walk down to the beach for a refreshing swim. Nearby you can also enjoy other beautiful beaches such as Koundouraki with beach chairs and water sports or Koundouros, part of the Porto Koundouros hotel, There are no plenty of restaurant options in the area nevertheless those not to be missed are the Taverna of Margarita in Pisses, about 4 km away and the Carthaia restaurant in Kato Meria, 8 km away. Tzia is famous -strangely enough for a Cycladic island- for its meat delicacies and in both restaurants you will surely enjoy yourself if you like meat. Looking forward to welcoming you soon!
