Property information

An airy & bright 3 floor newly renovated Villa with views of the sea & a hill top. Kora Villa is an ideal holiday home for families and big groups, surrounded by trees and within a few km away from Koskinou beach or the amazing Kallithea Springs. It offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open space kitchen/dining room & living room with large balcony. Next to the house there's an organised garden with lots of trees, sunbeds and a BBQ area, ideal for relaxing and picnic. The house sleeps 10 in beds, whit a bathroom attached at the master bedroom on attic. Baby cot upon request and Wifi available throughout the property. It is 5 minutes walk to a taxi rank, a bus stop, a corner shop and stunning beaches. Kallithea Springs, Anony Quinn, Ladiko, Faliraki, Kavourakia.

Neighbourhood information

The area is a neighborhood consisted by villas, connected with alleys and surrounded by the beautiful mediterranean fauna. The view is to the hilltop and to the sea of Kallithea, the amazing eastern shore of the island. The Kallithea springs offers unique bays to visit and crystal clear waters. Koskinou Village, some km away is a relatively organised market, where you can find a supermarket, restaurants, cafeterias and traditional bakerys. Rhodes Town is also within few km with well organized market, where you can find anything you might need. The Medieval Town, the biggest and best maintained medieval castle, still habited is a must see. We recommend a car hire so that you explore the island , or else the Kallithea area is part of the organised public bus schedule.
