The house was built in the 1980s and has been lovingly renovated to keep its original charm. It’s a peaceful and welcoming place that makes you feel right at home.
Joanna is always happy to help and share tips about the best places to visit. She is a local who loves meeting new people and sharing stories and hidden gems of the island.
Dafni is located in the heart of Ikaria, in the region known as Mesaria. It’s just a short distance from Evdilos, 20 minutes from Seychelles Beach and Manganitis, 25 minutes from Armenistis, 30 minutes from Raches via the mountain dirt road, and 40 minutes from the capital, Agios Kirykos, as well as the hot springs of Therma. This peaceful area offers beautiful views, walking paths, and some charming kafenia and tavernas.
