New, state-of-the-art villas with private infinity pool and stunning views over the entire bay of Hersonissos in Northern Crete framed by the picturesque mountain ridge surrounding the Selena peak (1.558m altitude). Set on a 4.000m2 plot, which combines an old olive grove with a carefully landscaped lush Mediterranean garden. Sustainably designed in a modern, minimalistic style, each villa can sleep up to six guests. Early risers catch the sunrise right over the Aegean Sea from the shaded outdoor dining area. The private 200m² terrace with sun loungers invites you to spend relaxing days by the pool. The outdoor kitchen and large dining table are ideal for al-fresco dining under a shady patio overlooking the infinity pool and Aegean Sea. Privacy, peace and relaxation, as well as leisurely strolls through traditional Cretan villages or the lively coastal resort Hersonissos ... We are excited to welcoming you at our brand new, state-of-the-art villas with private infinity pool and stunning views.

Kali Thea Villas are located at the foot of the traditional village of Old Hersonissos. Together with Piskopiano and Koutouloufari, these three typical Cretan villages lure with small taverns, delicious food and original Cretan handicraft. These gorgeous villages are around 1 kilometre away from the villa. It's a 15-20min walk uphill or an easy 1min drive by car. The lively coastal resort of Hersonissos (a leisurely 10min-walk downhill) offers modern bars, beach clubs, international eateries, and a variety of shopping opportunities. Central beaches and bathing bays are within walking distance (10-15min). The famous Sarandari (pebble) beach with shallow water and vivid blue colours is a 5min-drive away. While the wide sandy beaches of Anissaras and Analipsi can be reached within 10min. The crystal waters of Potamos beach by the renowned Minoan Palace of Malia is a 20min-drive away. Hersonissos offers a plethora of leisure activities such as diving-, fishing-, sailing trips, hiking and safari tours, wine tastings etcetc.
