An Overview of the Tranquil Countryside Refuges These exclusive retreats in Kyrianna Village, offer serene countryside views, lush gardens, and modern interiors with private heated pools (extra fee), outdoor playground, and shaded dining area with charcoal BBQ. With inviting outdoor spaces, they're perfect for relaxation. Self-catering havens blending comfort with Cretan tradition, surrounded by stunning views for year-round escape. • Massage Service is available with additional charge & prior notice is required (2 x 20 minutes massage, to be used during the first two days of the stay, by two different guests). Appointments are scheduled directly with the Homeowner on your check-in day • Pets are allowed with prior notice & Security deposit/Pet agreement required • Events are not allowed • Smoking is allowed only outdoors • 24h/7days ThinkVilla concierge service included. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 50 euros/day for the first two days & 35euros/every additional day. - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
