The property is located in an quiet neighbourhood. However is is only 200m away from the beach and 150m the central park (centre of the village) as well as the bus and taxi station. Kochyli Restaurant is located in the end of the street in front of the beach. Is the meeting place for collecting the keys in the arrival and the place where the breakfast is served. The distance for the super market and the famous "bougatsa shop" is 100m. Bakery and pharmacy can be found in 130m. There is always free parking on the street in front of the accommodation and is safe. There is also a big garden available for kid and the kindergarten is 100m away. On the parallel main road there are also 2 clothes shop which they sell also beach stuff (beach towels, swim wear etc.)
