70sqm 2-story private villa on a 1200sqm plot. Fully modernised, accommodates up to 5 guests, available for short-term rental. Amenities: two bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining room, free parking, private bathroom, WC, housekeeping, 5G internet, kitchen with induction stove, washing machine, private veranda, dining indoors and outdoors, sea view, hot water 24/7, pet-friendly, quick and easy access to Skyros' Magazia and Gyrismata beaches. Konaki is a renovated traditional Skyrian home, built and maintained with love by three generations. Initially, the house was built by my grandfather in the 80s. Since then, my parents expanded it by adding a top floor balcony and an extra bedroom. I took over in 2023 and completely refurbished the property by installing thermal insulation, aluminum windows and doors, new floors, furniture, bathroom and kitchen facilities.
Computer Science Engineer turned to small business owner. Hobbies include swimming, scuba diving, making music, helping people make the best out of the services I provide.
Molos is an up and coming area of Skyros, offering quick and easy access to the island's main beach, supermarkets, coffee shops and beachfront restaurants as well as privacy, fresh air and serenity.
