Independent, cozy and warm apartments within a newly 2-floors stone house in Arachova of the Parnassos mountain. It is located near the eastern entrance of the village in a very quiet neighbourhood, 5' walking distance from the center while it's ideal for couples/couples with a child. Each apartment has a double bed, sofa, TV, Netflix, free Wi-Fi, autonomous heating, wood-burning fireplace, living room and kitchenette with dining table and everything necessary. Free coffee, tea and side dishes are available in the apartment. You have access with your car and you can park outside the entrance of the complex as long as there is space available.
Dear guests, we are always happy to help you and provide you with all the info you may need in order to make your stay with us comfortable and pleasant! Enjoy Arachova, a brilliant mountain village, historical and traditional, which attracts lots of ski tourists, celebrities and youth population. You may add this place also in your spring and summertime destinations as it combines mild temperatures, a beautiful landscape, nearby monuments and archaic places like Delphi to visit and great beaches 30 min far from your stay.
Must visit: The Byzantine churches of the village with their well preserved frescos. Activities on offer: Get involved in outdoor activities such as hiking or ski down the slopes of Mt. Parnassós at the biggest downhill ski resort in Greece. The mountain’s high altitude offers ski lovers long-lasting snow cover at the peaks. Hot tips: • Discover the traditional character of the village by taking leisurely walks through its narrow cobblestone streets. Enjoy hot and sweet or soft and fruity drinks in cafés, or traditional kafeneia (coffee shops). • Stay up all night and enjoy the village’s bustling nightlife. There are a plethora of bars and clubs up and down the streets of Arachova. • Visit the nearby archaeological site of Delphi. • Visit Parnassos National Park Famous local products: Arachova offers a memorable gourmet experience. You have to taste these local specialties: 1) Formaela, a locally produced sheep-milk cheese, ideal for pan fright making, 2) Kontosoúvli, big hunks of pork or sheep meat skewered and put on a rotisserie, seasoned with salt and pepper, 3) Kokorétsi, the intestines of the lamb stuffed with offal, 4) traditional handmade pies, 5) local black-red wine and Tsipouro (high-spirit drink).
