My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Villa Lake & Sea as the name suggests lies between the lake and the sea in a beautiful village of Ternasas, Akrotiri, Chania within walking distance to the secluded sandy, turquoise waters sea cove and nearby taverna. The modern 3 floor, 250 sqm 5 bedroom & 4 bathroom villa comfortably accommodates 10 guests in beds with 2 additional guests accommodated in the family room sofa. The amenities of the villa include a large heated pool, charcoal BBQ area, ping pong and large outdoor gazebo. The villa is located 1 km from Chorafakia town with all the necessary amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy & shops. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
