The penthouse suite is set within a fantastic, private and quiet location, close to the amenities of the town and situated just 1,200m from the beach. The penthouse is perfect for a large family looking for a stylish and comfortable accommodation with great outside space and privacy with the advantage of the close proximity to the beach and all the amenities on offer in Lefkada town. This suite has been tastefully decorated and consists of a large open plan spacious comfortably furnished lounge/open plan well equipped kitchen. From the lounge there are 2 patio doors leading out onto a large private balcony/patio area which is perfect for relaxing. This is an ideal space for an evening aperitif and meze with family and friends with great views over the pool, garden and distant seaviews. The penthouse comfortable sleeps 8 people, devised of 4 double bedrooms plus an open plan mezzanine to accommodate 2 children. Two of the double bedrooms are located off the main living area, 1 double room has an ensuite bathroom and the 2nd double has a separate private bathroom. A door off the kitchen leads into a small hallway and here you will find the 3rd double and 4rd double bedroom.

This suite is set within a fantastic, private and quiet location, close to the amenities of the town and situated just 1,200m from the Agios Ioannis beach.The beautiful beach of Aghios Ioannis is also 1,300m from the appartments. Aghios Ioannis is one of the most famous beaches for windsurfing and kite surfing in the Mediterranean. But you can also find lovely quiet spots along this beach. Located 1hr and 15min from the port of Igoumenitsa and 15 min from Aktio/Preveza airport.
