The house is managed by a private host. Guests can contact the accommodation manager only by phone or via text message at any time. The property does not have a reception and does not provide on-site services. During the stay, the house is not visited by the owner's staff and cleaning services or linen changes are not provided by us, while we provide cleaning equipment and additional linen for stays of several days. Arrivals and departures take place without the presence of the host or manager. The owner's family lives near the accommodation and can be present in case of any problem. We respect your privacy and leave the house to you for your exclusive use during your stay. Upon arrival you will be asked for your details, such as identity or passport details, VAT number (for Greeks), country of residence.

Lemon House has a bedroom on the upper floor with a many windows and several view of the sea, a bathroom with a shower, a double bed, 2 single beds, 1 child bed, a wardrobe and a desk. Downstairs there is a living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes rack. There is a patio on the ground floor, due to the local architecture this house does not have a balcony but has many windows. The living room has 2 three-seater sofas that can be used as a semi-double beds (one at the time). In the kitchen you will find a dining table, all necessary utensils for cooking, crockery, small fridge with freezer, electric stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Each floor is equipped with cooling-heating air conditioners. In the bathrooms there is a hair dryer and cream soap. Linen and towels are provided.* In total the house can accommodate 4 adults + 1 kid upstairs and 1-2 adults or 3 kids in the living room (sofas). At the entrance of the house there is a patio with a garden furniture and an umbrella. Upon request, we provide a baby cot and a high chair (free of charge). There is a space to put an extra camp-bed in the bedroom. *) We provide you with clean sheets and towels to be changed every fourth day of your stay free of charge. The accommodation does not provide breakfast and cleaning services during your stay. We provide cleaning equipment and detergents that you will find inside the house. We also provide laundry detergent for 2 washes and if you need more you can find it at the local mini-market. The price for accommodation depends on the number of people, season and length of stay. The house is available for rent all year round (it has heating with radiators, a fireplace and air conditioners).

Damouchari is a small settlement with a natural harbor and a beach with large white pebbles. In the picturesque surroundings of the village you will find taverns with fresh fish and Greek cuisine, cafes, mini-markets, souvenir items and canoe-kayak rental facilities. Movement is on foot. At a distance of about 1.5 km is the resort of Agios Ioannis, Papa Nero and Plaka beaches. Going up towards the mountain you meet Mouresi, Kissos and Tsagarada. There are no roads in Damouchari and movement is done on foot. To go to other beaches and villages of Pelion it is necessary to have a car or a scooter.
