This apartment is located on the ground floor of a family owned building, composed of 3 apartments. The architecture is traditional, with wooden frames & fully blast gradens. In the main entrance you can reach the apartment going straight to the last door. Entering the apartment you can find an open kitchen with all appliances you might need: a table, 4 chairs and fully equiped. The living room has a vtraditional wooden sofa bed, 2 armchairs and a plasma TV 32'' (the sofa can be easily transformed to 2 single beds). The bathroom includes a washing machine and a comfortable shower. In the bedroom you may find a pretty new double bed & another plasma TV 24'' (smart TV). The apartment has its private garden in the back yard of the building & a private entrance as well. This apartment is perfect for accommodating up to four people in a cosy and functional environment.

My family & I love travelling & exploring new places, meeting new people & host the best way we can our guestes! We love that quite & peacefull neighberhood, really close to the city center of Lamia, but at the same time close to the near villages (Pavliani, Oiti) with Mountain Parnassus great view around the place ⛰️. Whatever you need can be easily found near to you (less than 5 minute walk): Cafeterias , Super Market, Taverns, Pharmacy, Bus Stops, Taxi Stop, Kids Playground, even a cycle path 🚲!
