The LiVaS Residence accommodation is newly built, comfortable, offers free private parking, air conditioning, wifi, garden and terrace. LiVaS Residence is a one-story residence whose ground floor consists of a bathroom with washing machine, a kitchen and a living room. While the first floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms offer large windows with full blackout blinds to shut out the sunlight completely and the beds have anatomical mattresses for a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, electric stove, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The living area has a sofa bed for two people as well as a large smart TV. Guests at the property will find towels, linens, a hairdryer, bathroom products, a first aid kit and a sewing kit.

Livas Residence is a newly built residence (2024) in the countryside, in the wider area of southern Messara, overlooking the emblematic mountain range of Psiloritis. It is a very quiet area with the only noise being the chirping of birds. Near the house at a distance of 500m is the town of Tympaki where you will find everything you need (shops, supermarket, pharmacy etc.) as well as the beach of Kokkinos Pyrgos at a distance of 1.2 km with taverns and bars, the beach of Afrathias at a distance of 2km and the beach of kakoskalo 2km. There are many beaches within a short distance that you should visit, such as: Agia Galini 12 km, Kommos 14 km, Kalamaki 11 km , the historic beach of Matala with its emblematic caves 16 km (on foot go to Red beach from Matala), Agiofarago e.t.c. You should also visit the ancient Palace of Phaistos 8 km., the second largest Palace of ancient Crete with a stunning view of Messara and Psiloritis. The archaeological museum of Messara is located 19 km. Vori 5 km away is a must visit traditional village with beautiful squares, small restaurants and cafes. Kamilari 8 km. is a traditional village with narrow streets reminiscent of a Greek Cycladic island. In short, staying at LiVaS Residence is an unforgettable experience!
