Traditional country style home at the entrance to Kastro village, situated 10 km from Limenaria. Cozy, clean and with a beautiful sea view across the vally down the mountain. The house has 2 double beds in the main room, with comfy sofas, dining tabe, a fully equipped kitchen and showeroom. All windows and doors are with mosquito nets. Plus a new aircon unit has recently been installed. Outside large private gardens with a gated terris and outdoor seating area. Ample parking available directly outside the house. Well trained pets are welcome apon request.
At Lotos by Kastro, we believe in offering a creative space where people can disconnect from the bustle of the world and reconnect with theirselves through nature. The oldest mountainous village on the island has remained unspoiled, allowing you to be reintroduced to solice and realaxtion. With an abundance of biking and hiking trails at your disposal.
The local church in the village St.Athanasios, is part-built from the remains of a castle. While you explore, you will find some ruins of the old castle wall. The village square consists of a restaurant and a store selling locally produced handmade goods, honey, olive oil, sweets and soaps. Close to the village square you can be welcomed by another two tavernas that also work as coffee shops. The popular hike to the Apostolous waterfall is GPS earmarked.
