A ground floor quiet apartment, in a duplex with private parking. It is an independent house newly built with electric shutters, double glazing, comfortable rooms and fully furnished. Opening one of the balcony doors you come out to the private courtyard with the parking area and the garden. Opening the other balcony door, you enjoy breakfast or tea in our backyard. Two kittens live with us. Receipts issued to guests on request.
I do love traveling to beautiful destinations & staying in excellent accommodations. That's why the appartment meets at least these criteria.
Our neighborhood is quiet, a few kilometers from the Parnitha National Park and the Casino, which are both accessible by car as well as via the cable car. We are located very close to the National and Attiki Avenues that take you to airport and ports of Piraeus & Rafina. There is access by foot to super markets, kiosks, pharmacy, coffee shops, taverns. Bus stop for downtown of Athens is available by foot, too. Greek hospitality is here for you!
