The villa, which is 270sq meters and is set on a 2,050sq meters plot of land, is 35 minutes from the port of Kea in the area of Kampi/Koundouros. The villa offers amazing sea and sunset views and is 300 meters from the beach of Kampi. The villa is on 2 independent levels plus a guest house and sleeps 14 in total. The outside area of the ground floor has a large infinity pool (14 X 4 meters). The ground floor level consists of a large well lit living room with a sea view, a living area with a large corner sofa, a dining area for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest w.c. There are 3 bedrooms on this level with 4 bathrooms. The large master bedroom, has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.The 2nd master bedroom, has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with a bathroom. Near the swimming pool is a large guest house with a sea view, a double bed (1.80 X 2.00) and en-suite bathroom and a living area with a sofa bed. The upper independent level has a large living room with a sea view, dining area, an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with a sea view and a double bed, a 2nd bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom

Kampi is near Koundouros which as 2 organized beaches, one with water sports. There are 2 restaurants in Koundouros and 2 restaurants and a mini market in Pisses, 10 minutes by car from the villa. At n Ioulida (Chra) there are about 10 restaurants (20 to 25 minutes from the villa) and a supermaket.
