The apartment has been renovated in 2023 and everything about it is new and shiny. In this sun-drenched cozy apartment, you will find almost all of the commodities needed. The location is very nice, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of cafes and markets nearby, as well as other entertainment options, such as pharmacies, stylists etc. Every Thursday there's the Farmers Market, with delicious fresh Fruits & Vegetables from the villages nearby. The apartment is 5 minutes away (450 m) from the Attiki metro station.

The apartment is located in a very family-friendly neighborhood with many facilities nearby, such as, cafes, markets, bakeries, stylists, banks, etc. Once a week on Thursday there's the Farmer's Market event with delicious fresh Fruits & Vegetables from the villages nearby.
