The villa is located in Kato Gouves on the north coast of Crete. A spacious (200 square metres) maisonette, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Easy access to all around Crete! 17 klms from Heraklion, 8 klms away from cosmopolitan Hersonisos and next to CretAquarium. The location of the villa is about 50 metres from the sea, in a beautiful sandy beach. You would love the gorgeous sunsets and magnificent sunrises. Ideal for large families who would like to spend relaxing holiday just at the sea front. Nice and quite location, plenty of space, luxury sitting and dinning room. A/C in the whole house with individually controlled heating and cooling, WiFi, Fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 big bathrooms, fireplace, BBQ, big screen tv, play station with cassets, cooling system, free parking space, alarm, DVD player, CD player, dish washer machine, coffe machine, iron, micro-wave, washine machine, baby cot- high chair.
Hi, I am Afroditi. I am married with Kostas and I have two lovely sons. I like to travel and I have been in a lot of countries all over the world! I love meeting people! I like swimming and running. When necessary, but always in your disposal for questions, info just doing our best enable you having a nice relaxing pleasant holiday. I will expect you in order to deliver the keys and show you around the property.
Nice and quite location, Restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, café, watersports, sandy beaches, bus station, shops, are all in a walking distance. About 3 minutes by foot. The location of the villa is about 50 metres from the sea, in a beautiful sandy beach. You would love the gorgeous sunsets and magnificent sunrises. From the house, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. Easy access by public local busses. 17 klms from Heraklion and 8 klms from cosmopolitan Hersonisos. The guests having easy access all around Crete.
