Welcome to one of the most luxurious areas of the Athens Riviera! This accommodation offers two private floors of a modern four floor house, fully furnished offering a total of 220 sq meters with 3 spacious rooms, a huge living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and vast balconies. The property was designed in such a way to offer panoramic sea views from every part of the house, allowing one to take in the beautiful surrounding scenery from both inside and outdoors. Alternative in lower Pool level there is a Bungalow private apartment offering a total of 60 sq meters with a bedroom, private kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends, the hilltop setting offering endless 180-degree sea views of the Saronikos gulf and its famous, breath-taking sunsets. When spending time at the accommodation, you can relax and spend your days on the terrace stretching across the front of the house, which offers a garden and barbecue, not to forget the huge (100sq meter) pool, coupled with an outdoor dinining place, shower and a WC.

Saronida is a beautiful place located in southern Greece, the accommodation situated in a peaceful residential area just a few minutes’ drive from several lovely beaches, beach bars and a high street that offers all kind of a local restaurants, bars and market. The area is very convenient in the interest of sightseeing and nightlife; Athens situated just 45 minutes away, reachable by car or public transportation. Furthermore, the famous archaeological Poseidon Temple in Sounio is 20 minutes away, and Athens International airport can be reached in less than 25 minutes by car.
