This is a brand- new apartment newly refurbished, very sunny with an astonishing - lovely view of Kavala and Thasos island. Its not far from everything that Kavala has to offer. It's in the 5th floor with elevator and very spacious with big balcony in front of the sea. You can enjoy your lunch, your supper, your coffee staring the blue aegean ocean. It can accomondate 5 people.

My apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Make yourself feel like home on a relaxing accommodation. Ideal for families, couples, business travellers, companies or just explorers! You will instantly feel at home in this lovely apartment. The apartment is located close to city centre with buses exactly opposite of it. The buses are very regular if you wish to go to sunny beaches such as Batis, Kalamitsa, to city centre or to Panagia the old traditional town of Kavala. Otherwise the city centre is in walking distance to 10-15 mins. There is a great organized beach with free umbrellas, lifeguard and blue flag in 3 mins walk from the apartment. A big super market, coffee shop, mini market, restaurant and many shops are located in 100 meters and around the area.
