The villa is located in a small village Kassandrino in the mainland of the Kassandra peninsula in a valley surrounded by pine forest. The pine forest is very inviting for trekking activities and there are plenty of routes ,some of them leading to a beautiful beach in the area.The village has taverns with delicius dishes ,a little cafe with local drinks and a mini market.
There are plenty of beaches and beach bars ,about 5 km far from villa. There are many archaeological in the area (Ammon Zeus, Poseidon temple,Ancient Mendi) and others.
