A very luxurious house of 250m2 in the center of Nidri the most popular area in Lefkada island. The villa is located 300m away of the sea and the main street of Nidri though in a very quiet place. You will need no car to reach the cafes ,restorants and all the other shops of the area. The three-level house is fully equipped and decorated.At the first level there is a private parking ,at second level there is the living room ,an office, a small bathroom and a spacious kitchen , at the third floor there are 3 bedrooms, a big bathroom with hydromassage column and a very spacious attic with 2 single beds.All the rooms of the house have wired internet connection ,security alarm, intercom system installation and clima . There are available all the household appliances (oven,microwave oven,fridge,dishwasher,built-in coffee maker,electric hobs,washing machine-dryer,hair dryer). During your stay we provide you also our three adult's mountain bikes ,plus a child seat for bike so you can explore the island in a more sportive way.
My name is Litsa and i am married with one daughter.I speak English ,Italian and French and i will be happy to help you in any moment during your stay.My main concern has always been to offer absolute hospitality, representative element of the Greek Society . Our house welcomes its visitors and anticipates that it will become the ideal place for the perfect vacations.
