Brand new, perfectly equipped, self-sufficient in energy thanks to an installation of solar panels, well insulated thanks to the panel roof, this rental is aimed at anyone wishing to live in direct contact with nature, far from noise, everything being only 7 minutes by car from the nearest beaches: Chiona and Kouremenos. Ideal for a couple, ‘’ Lydia Guest House ‘’ can however accommodate up to 3 people thanks to the sofa/bed in the living room. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen offers direct access to the shaded terrace while three steps leads to the bedroom and the bathroom, on a total area of 40sqm. The owners live next door and will be happy to share a raki, a meal or a good conversation about places to visit in the area, local customs and specialties!
