Η βίλα βρίσκεται στον οικισμό του Παλαιού Αγίου Αθανασίου (1.200 μέτρα). Η απόσταση από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού είναι περίπου 400μ. (5' με τα πόδια), 16 χλμ. από το χιονοδρομικό Καϊμάκτσαλαν του όρους Βόρας/Καϊμάκτσαλαν και περίπου 45' από τα λουτρά Πόζαρ. Μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν έως και 7 άτομα, εκ των οποίων οι 2 θα φιλοξενηθούν στην σοφίτα, 2 στο υπνοδωμάτιο, 1 στο σαλόνι και 2 στο ισόγειο (κουζίνα).
