Feel comfortable with your loved ones in this beautifully renovated and fully equipped house. Enjoy the lush garden with private parking and the easy access to Maleme beach (500m). The house setup is on three levels, on the ground floor there is a full equipped kitchen with dining room and a large bathroom, un internal staircase leads you to a comfortable living room with flat TV while a little higher you can find two independent bedrooms, one of them master with private bathroom, balcony and a couch space. The house has wooden tiled roof, large new beds with anatomical mattresses and the spaces apart from the ground floor are air-conditioned.
The house is achievable from Chania, by car or public transport (buses). If you come by plane, the distance from airport to Maleme is about 36km, roughly 40 minutes drive. The property is located close to the most popular destinations of the island while being only 15km from Chania.
