Conveniently located in Mavrovouni Village, this 1-Bedroom flat is situated in a luxury vacation home complex with pool and a stunning view of the Laconic Gulf and environs. Close to renowned Mavrovouni Beach, picturesque Gythio, and a short drive from Areopoli/Limeni (the Mani peninsula), Monemvasia, and Sparta, this is the perfect spot to relax and take in the surrounding sights and experiences. Flying in? Mavrovouni is only about an hour and a half way from Kalamata Airport.
I gave up a cosmopolitan lifestyle for year-round sunshine and a view of te Mediterranean Sea. I love helping visitors discover the region
