Ιδιωτικό διαμέρισμα αποκλειστικά για εσάς. Στον ίδιο χώρο στη διάθεσή σας υπάρχει μπάνιο με ντουσιέρα αλλά και η κουζίνα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για να ετοιμάζετε τα γεύματά σας που μπορείτε είτε να τα απολαύσετε εντός, είτε στην βεράντα με θέα το Λακωνικό κόλπο(θάλασσα) και την πισίνα. Υπάρχει δορυφορική smart τηλεόραση και με επιλογή Στο χώρο του συγκροτήματος υπάρχει δωρεάν θέση στάθμευσης . Το Μαυροβούνι είναι ένα γραφικό χωριό με πολλές ταβέρνες σε απόσταση που δεν χρειάζεται να πάρετε αυτοκίνητο και ένα πλήρες μίνι μάρκετ που είναι ανοιχτό εφτά μέρες την εβδομάδα και σχεδόν διανυκτερεύει. χωριό καταλήγει σε μία από τις μεγαλύτερες παραλίες της Λακωνίας και στην οποία θα βρείτε τα πάντα. Οργανωμένες θέσεις με ομπρέλες και ξαπλώστρες χωρίς χρέωση, όσο και ταβέρνες μπαράκια μέχρι και εγκαταστάσεις για ιστιοσανίδα και σχετικά μαθήματα για τους πιο τολμηρούς.
